Membership Terms & Conditions

By joining our membership, you agree to the following terms:

1.Membership Duration & Payments

• Membership is a 12 month minimum commitment except for Cellular Renew and Restore which is a 6month commitment.

• Payments are taken monthly via Direct Debit.

• Membership automatically continues after 12 months unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

2.Membership Treatments

• Treatments must be used monthly, two treatments can be gifted.

3. Discounts

  • Discounts on additional treatments apply to lowest service if booking multiple treatments.

• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

• Discounts do not apply to:

• Other promotions

• Product kits

4.Birthday Treat

• Birthday treat must be used within your birthday month.

5.Loyalty Points

• 1 loyalty point = 1p.

• Points can be collected and redeemed towards treatments.

• Points must be used within 12 months.
